Launch set for Oliveto book
DENVER — Mountain Sky Area Bishop Karen P. Oliveto has written a new book, “Our Strangely Warmed Hearts: Coming Out Into God’s Call,” published by Abingdon Press. A panel of laity and clergy from the Rocky Mountain Conference will analyze the volume at a book launch from 9 a.m. to noon April 14 at United Methodist Iliff School of Theology.

Pages, marshals sought for special GC2019
NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Volunteers can apply online to serve as marshals or pages during the special 2019 General Conference. The top legislative assembly of The United Methodist Church will meet Feb. 23-26 in St. Louis, Missouri. About 150 volunteers are needed. The deadline to apply is July 31.
