NASHVILLE, Tenn. (UMNS) — If The United Methodist Church had a “Paid-in-Full” stamp, it would be getting good use around the world. The denomination’s finance agency reports the 2017 general church giving totals from the U.S. and, for the first time, from the central conferences. Heather Hahn reports.

NFL Hall of Famer reflects on All Pro Dad

TAMPA, Fla. — Tony Dungy, former head coach for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Indianapolis Colts, reflects on the formation of All Pro Dad — an organization helping men to be better fathers. The Florida Conference has joined with All Pro Dad to form chapters across the state. Joe Henderson reports.

Immigrant legal-aid ministry opens in Tucson

TUCSON, Ariz. — Arizona Justice for Our Neighbors officially opens its doors on Feb. 1. Phoenix Area Bishop Robert Hoshibata will take part in the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new office of the United Methodist network, which provides affordable immigration legal services to low-income immigrants. Arizona JFON will also advocate for immigrant rights.
