TOLEDO, Ohio — Since taking the helm at Epworth United Methodist Church, the Rev. Stephen Swisher has been introducing himself largely via screens, a necessary workaround during the coronavirus pandemic. That’s a no-brainer for Swisher, who worked with the Rev.
