United Methodists in the Philippines have reelected three bishops and assigned them to continue in the episcopal areas that they had been leading.

2 new US bishops to be elected this week

After two unexpected vacancies in U.S. bishop offices, the Western Jurisdiction now has plans to elect two new bishops.

Estrella elected Philippines Central’s first female bishop

The Rev. Ruby-Nell M. Estrella, treasurer of the Philippines Central Conference, was the second bishop elected at the Nov. 24-26 meeting.
