The theme for the Finnish annual conference this year was: "Before Your Eyes." The annual conference of the Finland Provisional Conference had a group visiting from Aldersgate Renewal Ministries. The group had members from the United Kingdom and Estonia. They prayed for the provisional conference and taught about the work of Holy Spirit.
This year annual conference was again in a new place. This time, the place was beautiful elementary school campus near Turku. Students are in their summer vacation, and the school rents the place for various events. The school is owned by Adventist church in Finland and is one of 16 Christian private elementary schools in Finland.
During the annual conference session, Nordic-Baltic Episcopal Area Bishop Christian Alsted informed us about the special General Conference next February and also talked about the work of Way Forward commission. The annual conference also decided to choose new delegates for special General Conference.
The bishop presided over licensing a one new local pastor. He was appointed to special ministry into a Finnish Christian motorcycle club MC Preacher, which works among motorcyclists.
