CLARKSVILLE, Mo. (UM News) — A small Missouri congregation has been feeding those trying to stop the mighty Mississippi from spilling over its banks, while a United Methodist pastor in Dayton, Ohio, is seeking justice along with disaster care for low-income tornado survivors.
