New director of Scouting ministry named
LEXINGTON, S.C. –– The Rev. Steven Scheid, a licensed local pastor in the South Carolina Conference, will assume the post of director of Scouting ministries for the denomination’s Commission on United Methodist Men on June 1. Scheid, an Eagle Scout, has 10 years of experience as an adult leader of Scouts.
