Perkins launches youth ministry initiative
DALLAS — “Reboot: the Congregation as Youth Worker” is a new, Lilly Endowment-funded initiative of Southern Methodist University’s Perkins School of Theology aimed at equipping entire church congregations to serve in ministry with youth. The ethnically diverse starter cohort includes 18 churches, 10 of them United Methodist.
