Boye-Caulker elected as Sierra Leone bishop

The longtime district superintendent was the second bishop elected at the West Africa Central Conference.

The longtime leader in the Southern Nigeria Conference was the first bishop elected at the West Africa Central Conference.

Preparing for bishop elections outside US
